Out Of Place Artifacts

Archeologically, a lot can be said about items based on where they are found... and ever since people have been thinking archeologically, people have been finding things in the wrong places. Between reports of man-made objects embedded in ancient stone and footprints of humans found in impossibly old rock layers, these reports have fueled speculation from visits by ancient extraterrestrials to time travel. They've even been used to call into question scientific statements regarding the age of the human race and of the Earth itself!
