This photo is credited to a woman named Karen Collett, who took a picture of her nephew while they were riding on a London Underground train sometime in 1983. The curious image in the window behind the boy continues to raise questions, as it is undoubtedbly an image of a wax figure of Bruno Hauptmann from a London musuem [Link Here].
