This is a chracter called the "tall woman" from the game Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water (aka Fatal Frame V). Released in 2014, it's undoubtable that the tall woman was based on the internet legend from Japan of Hachishakusama, known in English as 'Eight-Feet-Tall.'
