This is the fourth image made of Slender Man, posted on the Something Awful forums on June 11, 2009, by user Victor Surge just a few hours after the third image was posted. This was in response to requests from the forum members for more images of his unique character. In place of a text backstory explaining the picture, Surge posted the following instead:
