This is an experimental photo produced for the Society for Psychical Research sometime in 1895, by Prof. Barrett and Gorden Salt (presumably, Prof. Barrett is in the chair). The photo was produced as part of the Society's research into the odd photo taken in Lord Combermere's library in 1891 during his funeral, which was believed to show Combermere's ghostly figure.
